I once heard Crowbar described as heavy music for heavy people. I like that. This is thier first album, it's heavy, sludgy and doomy. A little known fact: it was produced by Philip H. Anselmo. Crowbar is still together but frontman Kirk Windstien is also in a plethera of side projects.
