If the system had one neck, you know i'd gladly break it...

Blind was a turning point for C.O.C. Founding member and bass player Mike Dean left (he would later come back), and newcomer Pepper Keenan was brought into the fold on second guitar. Original guitarist Woody Weatherman also recruited a new singer and new bass player for this version of the band. This album found them straying from thier Black Flag influenced hardcore roots and going in more of a thrash/metal direction. But with Pepper Keenan on board and his show stealing vocal spot on the song Vote With A Bullet it was evident he was the right man for the job.
