The lead guitar work on here makes it all worth it. Good heavy, doomy stuff, I guess if I had to compare it to anything id say Cathedral meets Mercyful Fate, tons of guitar solos, thick sounding riffs, vocals not unlike James Hetfeild in the Load days or maybe a more grown up Phil Anselmo, the guys a gruff sounding dude but hes still comes off as kinda soulful. The band is tight and plays really well together and I think they are just going to keep getting better and better.Tuesday, October 6, 2009
