First of all Roky Erickson is insane. This album is the result of years of shock therapy and various outher treatments that probably didnt do any good. Thats not to say it doesn't rock though because it most certainly does. The songs basically have a b-horror movie theme and the usual subject matter applies: zombies, vampires, monsters, killers, aliens, etc. and Roky's singing voice is great and one of a kind.Wednesday, October 7, 2009
